Our andragogical guiding principles

Our organization places great emphasis on self-directed learning, as this reflects the expressed desire of our participants. We actively encourage them to shape their own learning experiences and demonstrate their willingness to learn. We fully support this self-determination model. We are convinced that self-directed learning promotes the personal responsibility and motivation of our students, which has a positive impact on their educational success.

After completing our training, our graduates have solid theoretical and practical specialist knowledge. We not only focus on the pure transfer of knowledge, but also promote the development of their social skills. We do this by creating a learning environment in which our students feel comfortable, can communicate appropriately and take cultural differences into account. We are convinced that these social skills are crucial for their professional success.

We also strengthen our students’ self-competence. We encourage them to self-reflect, promote their critical faculties and place great emphasis on continuous learning. These skills are invaluable as they enable our graduates to be lifelong learners, to develop themselves and to successfully meet the challenges of their professional careers.

Overall, our educational approach is geared towards not only providing solid technical knowledge, but also promoting the personal and social development of our students. We pride ourselves on being an educational institution that is actively committed to the individual needs and well-being of our participants.

What do we mean by “good teaching”?

When integrating new teachers, it is crucial to ensure that they receive a thorough introduction to the educational philosophy of our organization. This is done through training, workshops and information sessions that explain the basic principles and models favored by our organization. This induction process is crucial to ensure that all teachers are familiar with our educational approaches.

We encourage regular exchange and collaboration between our teachers to share best practice and learn from each other. Regular discussions and team meetings play an important role here, as they provide a space in which teachers can share their own experiences and challenges. This collaboration enables us to continuously improve our educational approaches.

We attach great importance to offering our teachers the opportunity to provide feedback on our educational approaches and models. Through regular evaluation processes, we ensure that the selected approaches are effective and can be continuously optimized. This enables us to ensure that our educational practices meet the highest standards and meet the needs of our students.

Our didactic principles

Active learning is at the heart of our method. It is not just about absorbing knowledge, but also about applying it directly in your own projects. Learners are actively involved and put what they have learned into practice immediately.

Practical relevance is essential. Our combination of theory and practice enables learners to apply what they have learned in concrete, real-life scenarios. This deepens understanding and gives the subject matter a tangible meaning.

Reflection and feedback are an integral part of the learning process. We support learners in reviewing and reflecting on their knowledge and improving it through constructive feedback.

Individualization is key. Every learner is different, so we allow learners to design and adapt their own learning path to meet their individual needs.

Collaborative learning is very important to us. A respectful approach creates an environment of shared learning in which the exchange of ideas and mutual learning are encouraged. By sharing knowledge and experience, everyone benefits from each other.

Use of planning models

We are planning to use a suitable planning model for our lesson design. Suitable planning models are currently being evaluated.

Design of specific learning settings

We have job-specific training courses. In these specialized areas of education, an appropriate setting is important to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding and practical skills.
