Our mission statement
Our mission statement defines the fundamental values that our institution, Swiss Education Company, represents both externally and internally. These values form the basis for our vision of where we want to go and our mission of how we want to achieve this goal.
- Diversity and inclusion: We are committed to diversity and inclusion by offering courses in different languages. Our vision is to support people with a migration background by enabling them to integrate socially and find suitable work.
- Environmental awareness: We care about the environment, which is why we have entered into a partnership with Recycling Services AG. Our courses in natural cosmetics are an expression of our commitment to environmentally friendly principles.
- Responsibility and respect: Our mission statement emphasizes the importance of responsibility, respect and humanity. These values create a positive and supportive learning environment that supports our vision of improving individual educational opportunities.
- Transparent communication and accessibility: Our topic-oriented websites and training locations are a means of achieving our vision. We want our wide range of courses to be communicated transparently and be accessible to the entire adult population of Switzerland.
- Quality orientation: Our commitment to quality assurance and improvement is an essential part of our mission. We want to provide high-quality education and continuously improve.

The mission statement was developed in a joint exchange under the leadership of the management.
Anchoring in the company
Our employees are notified verbally of any changes. All employees receive our written mission statement with their first payslip of the year. New employees with their first payslip.
